Hi, I’m Dr. Julie, or just Julie to you. I’m not your usual coach. I’ve practiced as a clinical psychologist for over 15 years helping hundreds of people live happier, healthier lives. Not only do I have an advanced degree and a great track record of helping people, but I’ve also been to the school of hard knocks.

Just like you and the problem that got you to here, I’ve been there. With all that background and experience I’ve developed a unique combination of tools and methods to help even if change feels impossible.
